The best example of this is the development of our earrings as I am trying to make a light, convertible earring.
What sets our locks apart is their weight, which is the opposite of what sets the earrings apart.
One day my kids and I were on a zipline and saw the way we \"clicked\" the different parts of the line, actually giving me the idea of how our earrings mechanism works.
Our convertible earrings are the literal meaning of translating this earring into fine jewelry.

I always start with a point where I don\'t know what I\'m doing and I\'m trying to figure it out.
I really don\'t feel like I know what the right way to do most things is, so I\'m willing to find the best way for my company. For me.
Before starting my company, it was very helpful for my work life, and now more so.
You Reshape the customer experience through vending machines
What does \"customer experience\" mean to you?
That means everything, I mean, we have specific ways of talking to customers in all aspects of the business.
No interaction with our customers is not an opportunity to involve them in our jewelry.
This means that we are constantly evaluating every element of this experience.
Whether it\'s the title on our Instagram post, or the entire \"Open experience\" of our packaging, what happens when a customer returns it, we\'re constantly thinking about all of this.
Vending machines are the experience of steroids.
A customer met our vending machine in an unexpected place and somehow we had to stir up enough interest for them to use our machine and maybe even buy something.
We want to do this through the visuals on the machine, the video content, and of course the purchase experience that will eventually reach the suede lining pocket of the machine, get our boxed and striped jewelry back.
