Marla Aaron is rethinking the traditional business model of the jewelry industry.
Exquisite Jewelry vending machines are in town and can be moved on jewelry cabinets and velvet covered display boards.
This approach may not be Orthodox, but the popularity of this concept is undeniable.
Last year, Aaron launched her first full-service boutique jewelry vending machine at the Brooklyn Museum, which can now be found at William Vale, Brooklyn\'s latest full-service hotel, specifically for this summer
Look forward to fashion-come-
The integration of industrial chain and hardware industry, as well as the integration of more industrial chains.
The iconic design that started with a lock has now been extended to a full range, and Aaron notes will wear and use as a \"jewelry tool\" in an infinite way \".
There was a rough feeling of architecture. it was beautiful.
For Aaron, vending machines are a natural evolution, and as a brand that is direct to consumers, she values the relationship she has built.
This combined with the need to reach consumers in an innovative and new way is the reason why Aaron goes to the vending machine media.
How do you describe your aesthetic? Far-
Reach, untie wildly, light-hearted.
While it may seem strange to say this, functionality plays a leading role in our aesthetic.
What is your influence?
Also influenced by antique jewelry, industrial landscape, way of working, color from all ages-
Anything can affect work, and other jewelry is unlikely.
The best example of this is the development of our earrings as I am trying to make a light, convertible earring.
What sets our locks apart is their weight, which is the opposite of what sets the earrings apart.
One day my kids and I were on a zipline and saw the way we \"clicked\" the different parts of the line, actually giving me the idea of how our earrings mechanism works.
Our convertible earrings are the literal meaning of translating this earring into fine jewelry.
What is the biggest impact on your career? Openness.
I think openness is the most important part of success, I mean ---
Other views.
I always start with a point where I don\'t know what I\'m doing and I\'m trying to figure it out.
I really don\'t feel like I know what the right way to do most things is, so I\'m willing to find the best way for my company. For me.
Before starting my company, it was very helpful for my work life, and now more so.
You Reshape the customer experience through vending machines
What does \"customer experience\" mean to you?
That means everything, I mean, we have specific ways of talking to customers in all aspects of the business.
No interaction with our customers is not an opportunity to involve them in our jewelry.
This means that we are constantly evaluating every element of this experience.
Whether it\'s the title on our Instagram post, or the entire \"Open experience\" of our packaging, what happens when a customer returns it, we\'re constantly thinking about all of this.
Vending machines are the experience of steroids.
A customer met our vending machine in an unexpected place and somehow we had to stir up enough interest for them to use our machine and maybe even buy something.
We want to do this through the visuals on the machine, the video content, and of course the purchase experience that will eventually reach the suede lining pocket of the machine, get our boxed and striped jewelry back.
Who is your client?
Because our online business is very important, we have a lot of data about our customers. we understand that people who like our jewelry span the concept that every population we may have is preconceived.
Basically, they\'re 18 years old-
60 years old, mostly between 25 years old
45. most of them are women who buy (
Collect in many cases)
Jewelry for yourself
We know more than a few women who have more than 40 of our locks.
Where do you want to develop your brand?
Our jewelry collection will continue to iterate in a way that I would like to surprise our customers.
We will also make more vending machines in the hope of being available in other countries.
We will continue to look for retail partners that are aligned with us in different markets-
Powerful independent store that creates extraordinary experiences for customers--
This is the store we want to go.
Maybe some of our own stores. . .
